Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers and staff. Your primary duties will include monitoring store premises for any suspicious activity, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and store policies. You will be the first line of defense against theft, vandalism, and other illicit activities, providing high visibility and a reassuring presence throughout the retail space.

You will be responsible for responding to incidents, documenting occurrences, and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. To excel in this role, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with prior experience in security or loss prevention preferred. Certification in security training and first aid is a plus. You must be physically fit, capable of standing for long periods, and comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
