Janitor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring that our premises are spotless and welcoming for both staff and visitors. Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; emptying trash receptacles; and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas such as break rooms and lobbies. Additionally, you will be tasked with dusting furniture, windows, and surfaces, as well as replenishing supplies such as toilet paper and soap as needed.

The successful applicant will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required. You should have basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as the ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines. Strong time management skills will be essential to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must be able to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
