Manager, Display & Programmatic

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Display & Programmatic to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our display and programmatic advertising campaigns. You will oversee the daily operation of our digital display initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals while maximizing ROI. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing campaign performance data, utilizing insights to drive improvements, and reporting on key performance metrics to stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and sales, to develop compelling ad creatives and ensure seamless campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in display and programmatic advertising. A proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar budgets and achieving aggressive performance targets is essential. You should have a solid understanding of programmatic platforms and tools, as well as experience with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and A/B testing methodologies. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making are a must, along with strong communication and leadership abilities.
