Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Manager to oversee and enhance our organization's security operations. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect our assets, employees, and clientele. Your duties will include conducting regular assessments of security risks, coordinating security training for staff, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will also manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained and equipped to handle any situation that may arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role. A bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a keen analytical mind to assess risks and implement effective security measures. Proficiency in security technology and systems, as well as certification in security management (such as CPP or PSP), will be advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure will be essential for success in this role.
