Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Lawyer, 3+ Years PQE, Devon, £40,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established and growing Private Client team. JOB REF:TL4623.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills, Powers of Attorney, tax planning, estate administration and Court of Protection work
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will be confident and capable of participating in the development of the department and using marketing and networking to do this.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• A self-sufficient, proactive working style
• The ability to manage your own caseload and administration, with support where appropriate
• Membership of STEP would be advantageous.
