Location: Basildon, Essex

Position: Long-term with permanent potential

The Opportunity
Are you a proactive and caring individual looking to build a career in education? We are currently representing a school in Basildon that is seeking dedicated staff to join their incredible team.

This school is a leader in SEND provision, boasting state of the art, purpose built facilities specifically designed for children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD). From immersive sensory hubs to advanced therapy spaces, you will be working in one of the best-equipped environments in the region.

The Role & Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a genuine desire to improve the lives of young people. While previous experience is an advantage, it is by no means essential. We are searching for the people who take great care supporting others and are willing to participate, get involved in every activity, and grow alongside their students.

In this role, you will:
* Provide tailored support to students with complex physical and learning needs.
* Participate in sensory play, hydrotherapy sessions, and interactive learning.
* Assist with the daily wellbeing and personal care of pupils.
* Collaborate with a specialist team of educators and healthcare professionals.

How to Apply
If you are a dedicated, specialist support professional ready to make a significant positive impact in a Basildon SEND school, please apply immediately with your CV or contact Riya at [email removed] for more information. We are the UK market leader for recruitment in education. We have nearly two decades of experience helping teachers and support staff find temporary and permanent roles in schools, colleges, and nurseries. We partner with over 2,500 schools each week, supporting more than 135,000 children every day across the country, which allows us to find the right match for your skills.
