Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Your key duties will include managing facility maintenance, coordinating repairs and renovations, and overseeing the janitorial staff. You will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets for facility-related expenses, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and implementing cost-effective strategies to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with proven experience in property management, maintenance oversight, and vendor management. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be collaborating with various departments and external contractors. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential, as you will need to address any facility-related issues promptly and effectively. A degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP).
