Relief Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Relief Security Officer to join our team, providing essential support in maintaining safety and security at our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional observational skills, a strong sense of integrity, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. You will be required to maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents, report any suspicious behavior, and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.

As a Relief Security Officer, you will work on a flexible schedule, filling in for permanent security staff during their time off, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also be responsible for controlling access to facilities, screening visitors, and ensuring that all security equipment is functioning correctly. Successful candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous experience in security or a related field. A valid security guard license and first aid certification are preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for this position.
