PFI Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced PFI Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our Public Finance Initiative (PFI) projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery from inception through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all contractual and legislative requirements. Your role will also involve risk management, contract negotiation, and the development of project plans while proactively identifying and addressing issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the PFI sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects. You should possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of financial management and experience in budgeting and forecasting are essential. Furthermore, you should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A relevant degree and project management certification (such as PRINCE2 or PMP) are preferred.
