• Safeguarding & Reintegration: Maintain exemplary safeguarding standards while collaborating with families and multi-agency teams to support student transition pathways.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification.

• Subject Knowledge: Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude to teach Maths at a KS3/KS4 or Functional Skills level.

• Core Competencies: Strong emotional intelligence, reflective practice, and the ability to direct classroom TAs effectively.

• Mobility: A valid, full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential due to the nature of the provision's community-focused operations).

• Note: Prior experience in a designated SEN or Alternative Provision setting is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive, adaptable mindset is highly valued.
