🚨 NEW JOB: Site Handyman (Peckham, SE15) 🚨

Resourcer team, please source a reliable Handyman for a school construction site down in Peckham.

* Pay Rate: £19.00 - £20.00 per hour (CIS)
* Location: Peckham, SE15 (Good transport links)

Duties:

• General site snagging and maintenance.
• Temporary protection work, adjusting doors/ironmongery, putting up site signage.
• Assisting the Site Manager with finishing tasks.
• Basic carpentry and patching up work.
• Snagging , cutting into walls, installing fire batts, basic taper and jointer stuff

Requirements (MUST HAVE):

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue preferred, but Green with solid trade experience considered).
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
• Own full set of hand tools & basic battery power tools (Drill/Impact driver is essential).
• Reliable, punctual, and clean track record on school/commercial sites.
