Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Packaging Operatives to join a leading manufacturing company based on Wrexham Industrial Estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience as a Production Operative, Packaging Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative, Assembly Operative, Machine Operative, Food Production Operative, or General Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment with long-term opportunities and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Working within a fast-paced production and packaging environment, you'll play an important role in the safe and efficient manufacture, packing, labelling, and quality checking of products supplied to businesses across the UK.

• Operate automated and semi-automated production and packaging lines safely and efficiently.
• Pack and label products accurately in line with customer specifications.
• Carry out quality inspections and report any product or packaging issues immediately.
• Keep production lines supplied with packaging materials and labels.
• Support manufacturing processes to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and health and safety.
• Work effectively as part of a production team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience as a Production Operative, Packaging Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Warehouse Operative, Assembly Operative, Machine Operative, Packing Operative, or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow production processes.
• Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing and production environment.

• Day shift rate: £12.80 per hour (6am-6pm).
• Night shift rate: £13.10 per hour (6pm-6am).
• Rotating shift rate: £13.10 per hour.
• Fixed 4 on / 4 off shift pattern or ad-hoc day and night shifts available.
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
