Key Responsibilities
- Support the SENCO in managing and coordinating day-to-day SEND provision across the school.

- Assist in the preparation, review, and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCPs.
- Monitor, track, and report on the progress of students receiving SEND support.
- Liaise regularly with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure a collaborative approach to student welfare.
- Act as a senior point of contact within the classroom support team, modeling best practices for teaching assistants.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an HLTA, Assistant SENCO, or within a senior SEND support capacity in a secondary school.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCP processes, and intervention planning.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- An enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).

- Outstanding Academy Support: Collaborate with an exceptional, well-resourced SEND department in a highly regarded school.
- Perfect Work-Life Balance: Enjoy regular school hours with no weekend commitments, plus school holidays off.
- Competitive Pay: Excellent daily rates commensurate with your experience, with dedicated weekly support from your consultant.
